Soup Collective spent two weeks in residence at the Lowry and the Digital Performance Lab in Media CityUK culminating in an interactive performance piece for the University's opening event in conjunction with the Royal visit. A bespoke panoramic structure was built within the DPL, providing a widescreen canvas in which a dancer could interact with audio-visual content using a Kinect sensor to trace her movements and replay the trace simultaneously. This animation was developed as part of this ongoing project which delves into the history of the radio waves in the Trafford Docks area.

Developed and produced by Soup Collective.
Narration scripted by Chris Thorpe and read by Seaming To.
Soundtrack by Graham Massey.
Funded by Arts Council England.
Many thanks to the Lowry and to the University of Salford.
